FYI-I noticed when my order confirmation came up that the $10 credit for the coupon wasn’t taken. I called customer service and they said that a lot of people have called with the same problem and they will issue me a credit.
Oh it worked for me when I tested it 🙁 Maybe they have too much traffic. Personally I would not trust this site to refund you money. Maybe they are a great company- but I haven’t worked with them long enough to be able to say for sure.

The code isnt working for me…..I did this last time and it worked fine but I did get charged a $2 tax so the total was a couple bucks higher, but not too bad for decent cutting boards.
