Amazon Diaper Prices: as low as $4.26 per pack Shipped

Here is your weekly diaper round-up from Amazon. These all have free shipping but you will need to register for Amazon Mom (totally and completely free trial subscription) nothing to cancel and no further obligations.

If you happen to have any of the following magazines be sure to look inside for $10 off or 20% off coupons to make your deal that much better:

  • Babytalk
  • American Baby
  • Parents
  • Parenting the Early Years
  • Fit Pregnancy

One thing I do want to mention this week is that I usually don’t encourage people to get crazy stockpiling things. I think diapers are a different story though. It looks like Kimberly-Clark is planning a price increase on diapers and usually Pampers will follow right behind. (Sometimes they don’t raise prices they actually just lower the quantity of diapers per pack hoping you won’t notice as much.) In conjunction with this price increase, I mentioned on the coupon preview for this weekend that the Huggies coupons were the lowest in value I have seen in a long time. So it might be a good time to buy a little extra while the prices are so good. Oh and one last downer- I heard from one person the latest issue of Parents magazine DOES NOT have a diaper coupon inside. So hopefully this is not the end of these incredible bargains.

I got my American Baby, Parents and Parenting the Early Years magazines already for April. No Amazon diaper coupons. 🙁 I hope we haven’t seen the end of them as well!

The April BabyTalk also does NOT have coupons. 🙁

You can stack two 20% codes as long as one starts with YT and the other starts with YJ. You can also stack a $10 off code with both of those, if you have any. That will get you the lowest price on diapers.

I have some extra YT codes that I would like to trade for YJ codes (or a $10 off 🙂 if anyone has any they’d be willing to swap…

I have no problem at all with people trading codes here but note it was not me that suggested stacking any coupons on the blog ;).

I have an extra YJ code that I’d love to swap for a YT! Email me

You can only use the $10 off once even if you have multiple copies. Whereas the 20% can be used time and time again on the same acount. New codes each time of course.

@ Alexia: you should send me your email addie: I’m shira wainer at gmail dot com and of course no spaces anywhere.

whats wrong with stacking coupons? and why wouldnt you post about it anyway, you can get them for free that way? =)

I have seen $1.50/1 Huggies blinkie coupons at my Walgreens and Safeway stores, just this week.

  10. Charlene says

    03/18/2011 at 3:57 PM

Because Miranda the codes say one per person so many readers feel it is unethical to stack the coupons when it appears they were not intended to be stacked. I think you should do what you feel is right.

  11. Charlene says

    03/18/2011 at 4:26 PM

Diana considering coupons used to be $3.00 for Huggies I still think $1.50 is low. Personally, I probably wouldn’t even take a blinkie coupon for $1.50 because I don’t think it is a good coupon. Remember anything I post is merely my opinion. Kimberly Clark issued a press release that prices for diapers will be going up. If you feel the prices are still good, I would encourage you to shop wherever you like.

I’m sorry to hear the prices are going up and folks won’t be able to get these great deals. I couldn’t keep up with stacking coupons and getting the best prices on Huggies and Pampers so when my baby moved into size 3 I switched to Up&UP diapers. They have a ‘club pack’ that is consistently lower price per diaper than most coupon/sale prices I see and they are great quality, in my opinion. Size 3 is .14 per diaper before any coupon or discount if you buy the club pack. If you have AAA or another way to save 10% and buy online, you can get them even cheaper. There are also often Target printables for $1.50 off 1 pack, making the per-diaper price even lower.
I’m pretty new to your blog and I’ve never commented here before so I hope my comments are ok–I’m not trying to convince anyone to buy Up & Up, just saying that I’ve found them to be a well-priced alternative that people might want to consider if prices are going up on the other brands. Who knows, though, that price increase might trickle down to these!

  13. Charlene says

    03/18/2011 at 4:53 PM

I haven’t tried the Up and Up in a long time Mary. You are more than welcome to express your opinion as long as it is respectful to others- which you certainly are 🙂 My friend was telling me that the prices for Up and Up formula went up a few dollars so I don’t know if that will include the diapers and wipes.

I don’t want to be alarmist in any way- and I am the last person that will tell you to go and buy a U-Haul full of anything but I just wanted to make people aware to keep an eye out because this seems to be coming down the pike. I think prices on nearly everything will be going up this summer which stinks.

Huggies are my first choice, but the up and up diapers are my favorite “generic” brand. Thank goodness my little girl is almost (fingers crossed) potty trained! Thanks for keeping us informed.

Shira – You can now use multiple $10 coupons on the same Amazon account. I have done it numerous times. I just did it again today. Recently the YJ coupon has been limited to one per account again, but many people are being told by Amazon c/s that this is a glitch, so it may change again. But either way, it looks like the are either phasing out the coupons altogether, or at least taking a break from them. In some interviews w/Amazon’s owner, he said it was a promotion to get ppl hooked on Amazon for things like diapers, etc, so obvs it wasn’t meant to be never-ending. Amazon bought diapers.com and I think they were trying to bring their customers over.
Personally I have no problem with the ethics of stacking coupons on Amazon for the reason that I know they can limit it so that it is not possible to do more than one per account (or stack the codes) if they want to (as they have done in the past), so I figure if they really didn’t want it to be done, then they would make it so it couldn’t again. They obvs know what we are doing since so many people are doing it. I don’t think we are pulling the wool over their eyes.
I think the ethics were a little more shady when we were all making more than one account in order to use more than one code…

But of course, everyone has to make their own decision as to what feels right to them.

    Charlene,
You seem to get defensive easily. I just wanted to let you know that I seen $1.50 off Huggies coupons at a few stores , since you seemed to get excited about the the Huggies that we should be getting this weekend. Just wanted to help 🙁

I noticed there was not an Amazon coupon in the April Parents magazine too. I haven’t seen my American Baby or Baby Talk yet though. However, if I recall right, it was about April last year that they started rolling those coupons out. So maybe after a year they are calling it quits, which could be really disappointing. In combination with those coupons, S&S and doing surveys/Swagbucks I have diapered my daughter for FREE all year and even have 2 boxes stockpiled for the new baby coming in June, along with a box for my daughter. I really hope prices don’t go up and those coupons quit coming at the same time.

On another note, I had a couple Subscriptions with Amazon hanging out there that I hadn’t canceled yet and I got a notification yesterday that the package sizes were changing and they were updating my account. The package sizes went up actually – more diapers per box. However, I have not checked the per diaper cost of the new packaging.

Thanks for the heads up though. I’ll keep my eye out! :)~

Well Jasmine my take on it is that Amazon is pretty darn clever. If they have a pricing error they correct it instantly- I can tell you from the zillions of posts I have started and then deleted because they caught something literally within minutes. I would think they would have figured out a way to stop allowing people to stack by now or they would cancel orders if people did do it. But again- I think everyone should just do what they think is best 🙂

I got a copy of the April American Baby at Babies R Us last week and it didn’t have an Amazon coupon in it.

The April issue of Parenting the Early Years didn’t appear to have a coupon in it either (the baby was having a meltdown so didn’t get to look over it closely).

Thank goodness we are potty training! I wasn’t able to use a $10 off coupon a few days ago on my original account (due to using one or two last month) so I opened a new account and actually used two in a row for two separate purchases. Weird. At first I thought maybe pull ups weren’t “baby” items. Glad it worked and darn if I didn’t know about stacking 😉

I was able to get quite a few boxes of pampers for my son, he is 3 1/2 mo right now and I am hoping I won’t have to buy diapers again, lol. but both my daughters didn’t potty train till they were 3 1/2 yrs old so we shall see.
I have a picture of my diaper stash that I had been building since before I even got pregnant with my son!!
You can’t even see all of the diapers stacked in the corner or tucked behind the wall, and it doesn’t include all of the newborn, size 1 or size 2 diapers weve already been through (currently still in size 2). The boxes of Pampers are the amazon deals I just got recently (minus a box of size 5s I got in yesterday) all of the diapers I have, I got SUPER cheap, free or almost free by couponing!
