I just spotted the $2 off Visine Coupon back again under zip code 90210 and personal care. I printed it and there are no size restrictions so you can get the travel size Visine at Target and Walmart for free!
There is another coupon available- Buy any 1/2 fl oz Visine and get a Visine Soothing Wipes free (up to $6.99). The 1/2 fl oz products are priced at $3.99 at my Target. So print both coupons and you should be able to get both items for $1.99!

I saw it under Personal Care without any zip code.
The coupon says 1/2 FL OZ or larger, so the travel size won’t work, but I found a deal yesterday. The regular size is $3.04 at my store, and there was a peelie for $1 off. I used both and got it for $.04!
