Has anyone else had trouble purchasing this. I have tried 3 times and they keep emailing me and saying my card was rejected, but there is nothing wrong with the card. I would like to get it but am having no luck.
Yes I was told my card FAILED.. I suspect its their server problems because there is also nothing wrong with my card either Susan. To top if off they sent me another email today that i FAILED again. I had to get my sister to get on her account and purchase one for me but i also never received the $10 credit from her purchase.
I would just like to note that i only tried once on my card and have gotten to emails from them saying i was declined, but instead of saying your card was declined it says “Notice Failed Credit Card”
I just printed mine but I feel bad for everyone else. Just wanted to let everyone to know someones did work.
I had no problems with mine. Neither did my husband. We both purchased ours on Thursday night, when they were first available and their site was totally slammed.
I’d probably contact Groupon. The save is still on today!
I can’t log into groupons site to print other offers that I have purchased. I have tried the last three days. Anyone having the same problem or know whats going on? thanks
No I purchased a Groupon last night and the whole thing went through fine and I printed it out this morning and used it.
