This should be valid at any Papa Murphy’s location nationwide.
There is a limit of one per household and you will have a voucher mailed to you within 10 business days of purchase.
Typically I have found that Plum District tends to sell out of things very quickly so you will want to hurry if you are interested.
Just head over to Plum District and then select “Everywhere” as your city. You might need to click through and look to the right side to see it.

I didn’t have to enter in a zip code, but I selected nationwide when I signed up. They email the voucher to me (according the website). You could try it that way.

I am wary of this company. I ordered my PM card and it hasn’t come. Also I referred 4 friends for that InNOut Gift Card and didn’t get it, I was told my friends clicked the wrong link, even though they all show up on my account as referrals. I’m not sure they honor their deals at all, definitely won’t be doing those referral deals again!
I also ordered on 1/24 and have yet to receive. The giftcard is listed under my account as “gift card to be mailed”. I hope so!
