Wow this is super cool. If you hurry over to Groupon, you can donate $15 to Greenpeace. Groupon will then credit your account with a $15 credit back! So if you buy the Groupon deals anyway this is basically donating money to charity for free!
Don’t forget the awesome Barnes and Noble deal is still available- get $20 voucher for just $10 to be used in store or online.
This is a limited time offer and to take advantage just:
- Register or log into Groupon
- Click to watch the Superbowl ads in the upper right corner
- Then look for Cuba Gooding on the left side and you should see a little banner ad like the one pictured above.
- Donate your $15 and then they will issue a credit to your account!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your $15 credit to Groupon is not available until 4/15! So you won’t see an immediate credit in your account.
(Thanks My DFW Mommy!)

Was this made available before or after the offensive and completely tacky super bowl ads aired? Groupon is taking some serious heat over them and i’m just curious if this promotion is a result of the pressure they are recieving already.
I didn’t watch the superbowl:-( I will have google that!
I went to Barnes and Noble yesterday (during Super Bowl…) and looked around. I really want to get one of those books on making your own bread by spending just 5 minutes a day. The book that I found was like $35! I decided to keep looking, maybe we’ll just get some new books for our LO.
Oh or I could just follow your instruction Charlene… Lol…
I went to look for cookbooks as well and they were ridiculous! I was still happy- I got a Gaiam yoga mat bag for $1.92 after my Groupon 🙂
Aw, so it wasn’t just the cookbook I picked up? The book wasn’t even nice, it was soft back, black and white pictures, etc. I was thinking it was crazy. I really want to get my son some of those Llama Llama books, I heard they are good… A yoga mat is a good idea… I should do yoga… Lol.
Sabbie- I wasn’t aware of any offensive ads? I’ll have to watch them on You Tube because I didn’t watch the Superbowl.
