I almost think it is cheaper to order one of these than to try and buy supplies to make one of your own.
This site is a little tricky so you just need to follow a few simple steps to get your banner. You may remember Shindigz from the holidays when they had super cheap Silly Bandz- I heard a lot of good feedback from you guys about them. So to get this deal just do this:
