Water Secret Deal is Back $10 for $108 in Products

There is yet another Murad offer available.  If you have not done this offer it is an unusual one but I can tell you I did it personally and it worked fine for me.  If anyone else did one of the prior 2 offers please let us know what your opinion was on the offer.  As far as I know every person has indeed received the products promised.

Here is what you do:

Buy a copy of the Water Secret book.  It is $9.39 for the Kindle version on Amazon or $12.39 for the book. You can also get it from Walmart for $10.41 with free site to store shipping.

Once you place your order- just forward your email order confirmation to: [email protected].

In about 2 days or so, they will just send you a confirmation.  Then in a few weeks you will get a package on your doorstep with a free Renewing Eye Cream and new Hybrids™ Eye Lift.  Apparently those products have a retail value of $108.   Now most of us aren’t spending that type of money on creams but the way I look at it is, a nice eye cream for $10 is a very good deal.  Even Olay or a drugstore brand would run higher than $10.

You need to place your order before 1/31- it seems like with the first offer the better stuff was sent to those that ordered early on so if you decide to wait be sure to check on the Murad page and just make sure they don’t change the products.

You can read about this promotion here.

I did the last offer, submitted my info well before the end of October, and I am STILL waiting for my gift bag. Check the Murad page, I (and MANY others) have posted on there repeatedly since November about the status of my missing bag. I would say only do this if you’re a patient person because your gifts will not arrive in just a few days – they’re still working on gifts from the last promo and that was October. I am definitely not a fan of Murad after this experience.

Thanks! I still had the $10 credit to Amazon from the Coinstar bonus, so it was like getting for almost free!

I did this the last time it was offered and am happy with my products. it took a couple of weeks to get the email confirmation from them, but my products arrived and work very well. I have not really looked at the book yet, I should probably read it 🙂

I did it and I LOVE my Murad products that I received. I keep getting complements from my mom on how great my skin looks:-) I got a few serums and lotions and some stretch mark stuff. I was soo excited and the stuff is going to last me a long time. Still haven’t looked at the book… Hehe.

I have yet to receive the gift pack I ordered back in October. I have been in touch with Murad twice, it was promised by next week. We shall see…

I was disappointed in this deal and their service throughout. I never received a confirmation email. I waited weeks and weeks and then sent and email asking about it, and then waited another few weeks after that email to finally get a response, and then they said it was on the way. It wasn’t. It was nearly two to two and a half months before I received anything. Then when I researched the value of the items per weight (only one item was full size) it totaled about $20 under the total worth that the promotion promised. Of course it wasn’t a horrible deal, but I wasn’t thrilled either, because it was not at all what they had promised – to get a confirmation email, get the items within a few weeks, and that the items would be worth a specific amount and that several would be full sized. Just saying… be aware of these things before doing the deal.

I did this last time and was very impressed with the products I received and the turn around time was about a month. I didn’t think that was bad as far as freebies/samples go. The baggie I received was about the size of a gallon-sized storage bag and was packed full of about 6 or 7 different products. I have yet to finish the book but that’s my own fault, no time to read with so many kids.

I tried this last time and it worked with no problem. I’ve been happy with the samples, but I had really wished there had been a facial cleanser included. I received many different kinds of moisturizers and creams (body cream, eye cream). Did anyone else receive the same items or were yours different?

I waited and waited too. I finally sent a hard copy of the Amazon order to them (they sent me an address)…I mailed it and JUST received the stuff today! What a nice package. It’s worth the hassle if you can be patient…It took a little effort and follow-up. Good luck!

Jennifer I think it will be fine 🙂 I’d probably send a second email with the same order confirmation and just say you are also including your home address for shipping.

Mine didn’t come in a few days- it was probably 3 weeks I would guess. I personally think the value of the products is inflated- I mean Philosophy isn’t $100 for eye cream- but I thought my pack was well, well worth $10.

I did this last time. It took about a week or so to get my confirmation e-mail (although I did get an initial e-mail the day after I submitted my info saying that the site was down and it would be a bit before I got my confirmation). Anyhoo, it probably took 3 weeks to get my products. I haven’t tried anything, yet (I like to use up open bottles 1st), but I got what was promised. For $10, I am super happy. Now, I just need to read the book! (I’m glad I’m not the only one 😉 )

I did the first promotion too, with the secret gift bag, and am still waiting on my products. I contacted Murad through their instant chat customer service, and they are nice – apologize, but say they’ll follow up and I’m still waiting.

I did this the second time and was very pleased with the results. The products arrived as promised and were worth many times the $11 I paid for the book. The products were all the highest quality (I have some skin allergies and I could use them all without any problem) so I thought it was well worth the 3 (???) week wait.

Lincy- try the number listed on the web site. I called once if I recall to check that Kindle was OK and it was several minute wait time. They directed me to the email address listed with my question 🙂
