We stopped in today to get supplies for our new kitty and found a good deal. If you buy 2 items, Fresh Scoop, Friskies food, or one other litter I forget, you get $5 gift card. Two of the items are right near 10 each, while one of the litters was closer to $8.50. Though not our typical cat litter brand, we did go for the deal. How can you pass up a gift card?

Our store had 75% off for toys already! BUT we were looking for something specific and looked at the other stores in the area. We have quite a few stores. 4 stores and the other ones were at 30% for some times 50% for others? Another was at 50% and yet another was still at 30%. I was looking for something in sporting goods and all four had different stages of markdown! LOL! Quite the adventure ๐
I will say to check the electronics/music area for the Christmas cds. I found them there and they were not marked. Some of them were full price and some (Taylor Swift for instance) were like $.69 at 90%. I also found some Christmas books back in the book section. Again some were marked down and some were not (Fancy Nacy, you are far too fancy to be makred down I guess? Still $17.99. But there was a Disney Princess book and Dora book for 90% off).
I also read recently depending on the markdown (like if it’s a non seasonal item such as Christmas) if it’s at say $6.98 (ends with an “8”) it may mean it will come down more. But if it ends with a “4” that usually means that’s the lowest it will go. Not sure how solid that is, but it makes sense. I read that on a blog post about how to read target clearance tags. Useful if you are looking for the lowest price possible on an item!

Ok my post should say some stores were at 30% off for some TOYS (not times) and 50% for others ๐ That makes more sense. Just an odd store. Half the isles were split with one side at 30% and the other half at 50%. Liked the stores that just had them all marked down at the same % much better! LOL!

Britney I think that was in the list of deals last week. These things tend to run together in my brain but I seem to recall that deal. Seemed like a good one to me too.

I also noticed the Bissell Steam and Sweep on sale for $129 get a $15 Gift Card and there was a $20.00 Rebate in the Smart Source Insert.

I didn’t see it in the ad, but Nursery Water 8 pks. were price reduced to $1.99 each and there was a coupon ($0.55) in the December eNewsletter from Nursery Water (mine was dated 12/22). Here is a link to the coupon but I am not sure if it is specific to the eNewsletter.
Yay! I was holding onto my Vocalpoint Kashi coupons because I had a feeling they’d go on sale (Jan usually means a “diet” related sale!). I got 3 boxes for $2.99, minus $5 in manufacturer coupons and minus $1.50 Target. So, 82 cents a box! No peelies for fruit on any boxes at our store here.

I got a few of the Tide hand wash packets (in the trial size section) today for .99. (free after my $1/1 coupons). Each one had another $1/1 coupon inside. Since it’s free, it might be a nice donation item.
