Rite Aid Deals 1/2-1/8

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

Be sure to read all about the ad perk coupons HERE. Lately the ads have had some variation from region to region so you might want to double check your local ad.

You can read about the new Wellness program at Rite Aid HERE! Many of these prices are only available with this card- they are clearly indicated in the ad.

There is a special +Up Reward for $20 back when you spend $100 on select items. Any item that counts toward this reward I have indicated with an *. The +Up only runs through January 22nd so you have a little time to work out your transactions. Be sure to double check the ad because not every item is included in the matchups.

Also, there is a $4/20 coupon available right now.  You need to watch a grand total of 15 ad perk videos for beauty products only and you should be able to get the coupon!

I don’t think the $2/1 RA flu coupon will work on the Ester-C b/c it expired on 12/31, right?

  2. Charlene says

    01/01/2011 at 12:45 PM

Kristen I don’t have the book and I can’t find an expiration anywhere. It is still listed in the database. Do you have the book and can say for sure it is expired?

  3. Heather says

    01/01/2011 at 12:53 PM

I have the RA flu book and all the coupons in it did expire 12/31. The Ester C is still a fantastic deal though! I have (2) 2.00/1 MFC for it from Redplum.com last week so:
    2 Ester C’s BOGO =5.99
    -(2) 2.00/1 MFC
    -(1) 1.00/1 Adperk
= .99 and then get a $2 UP or if you only have the 1.00/1 MFC you will pay 2.99 and get $2 UP so .99 for 2 which great! Thanks Charlene!

Yes I have the book and it did expire on 12/31/10 🙁

    Ok thanks Silvia!

I think the gummies will still be good too. They should be about $8- so 2 for $8, use (2) $1 coupons and use $1 ad perk and get $2 +Up. So maybe $3 or so after all that?

  7. Maria @ Oh Lovely Coupons says

    01/01/2011 at 2:19 PM

I couldnt find the $2.00 printable from RedPlum. May be its for specified zip code only?? 🙁

There is a $1.00 Printable for Joint Juice here: http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?bt=wg&tqnm=zlzvcoa78515291&o=62971&c=JJ&p=e4TxPoGA so $0.99 final price.

in So. Cal we didnt get the Wet Ones or AirWick :((

Maria- I looked last night and I think it is just gone.

Wondering if the Huggies boxed diapers are at regular price ($19.99). If so, those of us with a 20% wellness discount would save another $4! Also, I found a $3 printable for boxed Huggies in a coupon database somewhere (52 ct. and larger, I think), so better yet!

    01/01/2011 at 10:09 PM

Looks like the Coast soap coupon is gone too 🙁

  11. Charlene says

    01/01/2011 at 10:26 PM

I don’t see it anymore Faith. Tricky when the ads are on the 1st of the month when all the coupons switch.

Happy New Year! OK, I’m probably way late on this and the last one to find out, but Rite Aid’s +Up Rewards seem to have extended their expiration dates. I went in tonight to spend my $5 in +Up on the Progresso soup (ended up being free, by the way!), and the six $1 +Ups that printed don’t expire until 2/5/11! Woo-hoo!! Please don’t tell me that this was a mistake!

  13. Melissa says

    01/02/2011 at 2:26 PM

I do not see the Colgate $1 off Colgate toothpaste in the SS ad. I only see one for $0.75 off. Am I missing something?

  14. Charlene says

    01/02/2011 at 2:37 PM

Melissa the value varies according to region. You can read more about that here:

The cotton balls are great to stock up on. We love to use bags of cotton balls for “indoor snowball fights!”

I’m totally confused on the ester c math at RA! I know I have some Q’s and will try it tomorrow. 3 for $.99 is amazing- it IS B2G1 Free, right?

  17. Charlene says

    01/03/2011 at 12:39 AM

Well stink. This is embarrassing. All 3 ads are a mess this week. I have to say they really kicked my butt this week and I don’t know what the heck I was doing. Anyhoo- that is wrong it should say Buy 1 Get 1 Free. So here is what my thought was:

    Buy 2 at $5.99 (BOGO)
Use (2) $1/1 coupons- the coupon policy says you can
and Use $1/1 ad perk coupon
    Get $2 +Up since you bought 2!

So if that price is correct in stores- it should be .99 for 2. The other kinds were priced higher- like the gummies I think were $7.99 online. I still think $2.99 for 2 of the gummies would be quite a deal.

Let me know if there is something wrong there- I am going to raise the white flag on the drugstores this week and start fresh next week 🙂

okay two more questions. thanks for your patience. on the huggies will we gold members get that 20%? that would be sooo cool. also, are there any quilted norther or angel soft qs in any newspaper inserts, i missed out on the printable ones? thanks so much all.

On the L’Oreal hair color – Remember that bit on the rewards card where you get the better of the sale price or the percent off? Well, 20% off the normal price of $9.29 puts them at $7.43 each. Subtract out the $5UP, $5/2 in ad coupon, and 2x$2/1 coupons, and that makes them $0.43 each!

That being said – my receipt keeps telling me I earned 10% off, even though it is taking 20% off. I am assuming it will update correctly in a few days.

Also, my $5 UP did not print off for this deal, so CS, here I come…
