Raley’s/Bel Air: Maranatha Organic PB $1.39

I stopped into Raley’s yesterday for the free tomatoes and wanted to let you guys know I spotted Maranatha Organic Peanut Butter on sale for $3.39.

There is a printable coupon available once you complete a short survey.  The bummer on this coupon is that it seems to be randomly awarded at $2 or $1.  I got $2 for the first time I took it (and my answers were wrong) and then the second time I was wrong again and got $1.

So if you get lucky, you can get this for as low as $1.39!

I used my coupon and it scanned perfectly- I really wanted to switch the girls to  a better quality PB this year so yeah for Raley’s!

If you get the $1 off coupon, your other option is to hold out for Target.  I noticed Maranatha was priced at $4.89 but the Target brand organic PB was on clearance at my store for $2.68.  I am hoping it goes even lower but I did check the ingredients and while the Target brand is organic I think Maranatha seems to be a better quality product.

PS:  If you scored the Veggie Patch coupon yesterday (no longer available) I did find the Broccoli Bites for $3.99 at Raley’s and used my coupon to get it free!

We love Maranatha almond butter, my son eats it but my older girls dont for some reason, so I can get them their “crunchy” PB—I took it twice and both times got it right (total fluke) and got 2-$2 off coupons. Will check out Raleys today, thanks!

My son is allergic to peanuts, so we have to buy the almond butter. It is really hard to find a deal on it, so I usually end up going to Trader Joes. Thanks for this one!! I’m really excited that you are trying to feed your kids good food on a budget.

Nicole- the only one I saw was peanut butter in crunchy or creamy was sold out. Did you check Whole Foods?

I haven’t been to Whole Foods yet. That whole shopping center makes me a little uncomfortable. Someday I’ll venture in. Thanks for the reminder.

Nicole you are missing out! WF isn’t really that crazy and they have such a cute choo choo that the kids can ride! Oh my girls love that center. Getting them off the choo choo is another story though and I think it is $2 a pop.
