I have seen the feta cheese as low as $2 at Safeway so that is another option.

gosh, I wished somebody in my family ate that stuff! None of us like it at all, and its really not something you can donate, unfortunately.
Tricia, I haven’t checked the price of pita chips. Have you tried the feta cheese? I love feta in salads or in eggs- so good!

I tried to use this one on hummus ($2.98, pita chips were the same price) this morning at Wal Mart and walked out frustrated and without the product. The coupon beeped and the cashier tried to tell me I needed to buy more than one of the listed products to use the coupon, called the manager over and he read it as I needed to buy “Feta Hummus”!! A line was forming behind me so I said, “give me the coupon, I’ll buy it somewhere else.” What is wrong with those people?! Thanks for posting a great coupon. I think I’ll just stick to Safeway.
walmart workers are like that everywhere sarah. i just do not shop there!
and the athenos hummus is not that good and has preservatives.
Oh I like the hummus. The red pepper is my favorite. But I don’t shop at Walmart for that reason-always such a hassle.
oh this should be interesting. I don’t believe wal mart is like that. how awful! I might have to try a different wal-mart and test it out vs. the one by my house. they get crabby there. I would bring the policy up next time. Methinks its b/c they don’t want to let you use the coupon, its quite BS.
I just got back from Wal-mart but they told me that they are no longer carry yogurts any more. Please let me know if anyone know which store are selling yogurts in Utah. I really want to try this 🙂 Thank you.
I tried to use the $2/2 coupon at Safeway on Pleasant Grove, the athenos yogurt was priced at .99 each. The checker said I could not use it because the coupon value was greater than the purchase..I told her yes so you write in 1.98, I have seen other checkers do it and I don’t expect 2 pennies back…she told me that she could not give me the product for free either!! I am seriously hating Safeway these days. They make me feel like a coupon thief!

One thing you might consider is calling the store manager and letting him know his cashiers need to be informed of the policy. That helped me a little at the Stanford Ranch one- they used to be dreadful to me.
