Kendall I don’t know exactly what the time frame is. I am sure we will all get our vouchers today or maybe tomorrow. I think my confirmation yesterday said something about today. They have 1.3 million of them to distribute so I am sure they are processing as quickly as possible.
I ordered last evening, I’m not even sure if I got a confirmation. I’ll keep watching your site, to see when you or another person receive their voucher. I’m assuming a voucher number will be delivered via email? Please let us know, if you find out! Thanks!
As far as I can tell, no one got a confirmation.. but the transactions are “pending” on your account. So that’s hopeful. It said one per person, so I signed my husband up as well. I read later somewhere that they had anticipated some “gaming of the system” (people signing up under different emails, etc…) and that they were going to deal with those issues after the close of the deal, so that will probably take some time as well.
I’m just so excited! I’ve been saving up for some yard tools that I”m >< close to getting.
I just clicked on the site and at the top it thanks us for making the sale so successful and states that they are working hard to fulfill the orders and they appreciate our patience. It is a lot of orders! There were about 300,000 sold when I ordered mine!
I wouldn’t quite call it Amazon purchased them since it is more of an investment. Either way it was a great deal and it looks like everyone will be purchasing even more stuff from Amazon!

Living Social emailed this morning that my Amazon Voucher was ready. The process was super simple and I have already completed my purchase. I have been wanting American Test Kitchen’s Family Cookbook (1200 recipes!!). It’s regularly $34.95 but on sale this week for $20.60 (& free shipping w/ Amazon Mom) – perfect use of the $20 voucher!

This is the first offer that I have bought on a “deal” website. I show that the charge of $10 didnt come out of my account till 01/24/11 and I have still not received a e-mail… Anyone else still waiting?
Kasey the email may have gone into your spam. Just go right into Living Social and look for the banner that says “Get Your Amazon Gift Card” and click on it. You should have a voucher number available right now to use.
If you ever purchase from a deal site again you can just check your account and they almost always have the vouchers available the next day.
