I keep hearing raves about this and the reviews are near perfect so I am going for it ya’ll. I just had a friend tell me how much she loves this workout tonight.
If you have done Shred or are on Shred I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Doing Shred right now and love it! I finally see the numbers on the scale I used to see pre-preggo days!!
I, along with a few others, started the Shred on January 1. I completed Day 5 of Level 1 today, and I’m loving it! Twenty minutes of intense circuit training that I can easily fit into my first-thing-in-the-morning routine without feeling too crunched for time. Five more days on Level 1, and I can’t wait to see what Level 2 brings. I’ve got a forum thread going on over at http://www.myfitnesspal.com so that those of us who have or are planning on starting the Shred in 2011 can keep track of our Shreddin’ Eleven goals and encourage one another along the way. So far, so good! Thank you for sharing this GREAT deal!
I did this DVD last December (09) to help lose some baby weight from my son being born in June and it worked great! It progresses from easier to harder and I just did each of level until it became easy, then moved on to the next one. It was a great workout and easy to do at home!
One tip I got from the Amazon reviews a while back when I purchased it was switch up the levels so you don’t do the same workout day after day for a week or two. Like on Monday do level one and Tuesday do level two (do the modified moves if you can’t do the hard ones).
I used this method and have loved the DVD. Hope you enjoy it also!
I did 30 Day Shred last year, and while it did help me lose weight and get toned, be careful! Many of the moves are more weight training than aerobic, and using the same muscles every day with no rest in between workouts will only lead to soreness and muscle strain. So either do it every other day, or switch up the workouts, as Jessica said.
Also, if you have any knee problems, I’d avoid the 1st workout level completely. I threw out my knee on it (never had any problems before), and it hasn’t been the same since.
Loved the 30 Day Shred! I joined a gym to get rid of my baby weight, but after about 6 months I needed a break from the routine (and I hated going out in the morning cold!) This was a great change of pace but kept me headed in the right direction.
I got this DVD last Christmas and I absolutly love it!!! I use it on the days I want to work out a little bit harder, or have more time to really focus on the moves.
So how does this work? Do you get the $5 credit off of the video and have it shipped for $2.99? or is the credit for the VOD only. I’d like to have the physical DVD not just the VOD.
Thanks!
Summer you purchase the video for $7.99 and they will ship you the DVD. You should get an email from Amazon with a second $5 credit to use toward renting any movies that you want. Once you place your order you can also watch the workout video immediately. All of those items are simply extra perks to buying the DVD.
