Free Subscription Elle Magazine

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

You can head over to Mercury Magazines and see if you qualify for a free subscription to Elle magazine.  You just need to fill out a few questions about your employment.

I just filled in my info and did qualify for the magazine and I know I have received these freebies from Mercury plenty of times before.

(Nobody tell my husband I am going to get yet another magazine.)

Thanks Living Rich with Coupons!

LOL!!!- Your comment about not telling your husband you are getting another magazine……if only you could see my bookshelf of magazines! I still can not believe how many free magazine offers that are out there. my favorite is “Ok” gossip magazine.

You do realize the rainforest is being wiped off because of our gluttonous consumption, no? Why do you have to get things that you don’t need, even if they are free?

Hmm. Farhana I love magazines so I do read them. I don’t request them and throw them away 🙂 I drop them off at the senior center or at preschool when I am done. So while your concern is probably valid about the rainforest I know for sure I am not a gluttonous person. In fact I almost never request free samples because I just won’t use one tiny shampoo packet and such.

It’s technically not the rainforest that is being wiped out because of paper consumption- the cause behind the rainforest dwindling is because of housing developments and industry that is unrelated to paper products. A more valid concern regarding magazines (and all print for that matter) is the type of ink used in printing. But, as many users on here do, after the material is read, it can be recycled, or used on projects, and then recycled. I find that no matter what your personal interests are, it’s best to win people over with a caring attitude and not one of condemnation. That does not encourage people to pursue your cause, it often times makes them ill at you 🙂 Lets focus on the positive and leave the negative comments somewhere else. I quite enjoy MFA and all the wonderful posts she has. If you don’t, why not work on being an advocate and spend your time positively influencing instead of stuck in the negative…
