I went to CVS today and when I scanned my card, I got a $.50 off coupon for any Dove Bar singles.
These are included in the ECB deal this week- spend .89 on a Snickers Single and get .89 ECB back.
So I did use the coupon for a .50 moneymaker. My ECB did not print for this but the Dove bars were very clearly marked as part of the offer.
If you find the same problem, your store can push the ECB through or you can just call the customer service line on the back of your Extracare card and they can push the ECB through for you as well.
So be sure to check the scanner before you shop this week and see if you get lucky!

I just did this at my CVS here in PA and it did print on my receipt. Hopefully others won’t have the same problem as you did, but in my experience CVS is always really good with forcing ECB to print when they’re clearly marked.
Right mine too Kelly. My store was literally a zoo today with ONE cashier and some woman that purchased 2 cart loads of clearance Rudolph stuffed animals. She had to get trash bags from the store room to put them all in- hundreds and hundreds. Hopefully it is a nice lady that gives them to a children’s hospital and not some nut that has a room of Rudolph 😉 Anyway- I didn’t bother with it. I will call tomorrow though and they can have it ready for the next time I shop.
I got the same coupon and the ecb DID print for me! Also found some Dove christmas chocolates on clearance for $1.25 per bag and happened to have a $1.50/2 coupon in my binder as well! It was a fun day at CVS 🙂
I got that same coupon and thought it was for a bar of Dove soap, lol!
Someone Help! Went to CVS tonight to do the Scott/Kleenex deal. Bought 2 Scott ($10 each) and 6 single tissues of the Kleenex because that lady told me that since they didn’t have the bundles they would give the singles for a dollar and still print the ECBs. So I went to check out and used 2 $1 Scott coupons, 1 .50 Kleenex and $11.00 worth of previous ECB’s. Total was $16.05. Of course ECB’s didn’t print because I didn’t buy the bundles of Kleenex. But when they didn’t print the cashier said it was because I used too many coupons and didn’t spend $25! She wouldn’t give me the $10 ECB’s. Can customer service fix it if I didn’t buy the right product?
Heidi- call the number on the back of your Extracare card and push item #2 and tell them your story and see what they tell you to do.
