You can still get a custom wall calendar for free from Vistaprint right now. They will charge you shipping which was just over $5 for me. So that is basically $5 for a custom calendar.
I like these because you can add any important dates to the calendar directly when you add your pictures. There are several styles to choose from and I have found orders do arrive fairly quickly from this company.
