The promo code that Snapfish was offering a few days ago for a free classic photo book has expired. Reader Becky found another code that is working for a book: YAYFREEBOOK.
I do not know how long this will last and I have not had an opportunity to test the code. Reader Jessica did confirm that she was able to get her book with that code so you might want to hurry and get one together while this code is still working.
This should be for an 8×11 classic photo book valued at $24.99.
You will need to pay the shipping and handling which is about $7. Head over to Snapfish to get started!
*I always recommend testing these codes on your account before you spend a significant amount of time creating a book.

This doesnt work either 🙁
Laura, I just took the time to go through the entire process and it worked fine for me as of 3.15pm PST. Perhaps you selected the wrong style of book. This was my total:
8″x11″ classic photo book
8″x11″ classic photo book(s):
Cover: bouncing baby boy print
Style: Months
20 pages
1 8″x11″ classic photo book(s): 24.99
cost of Photo Books: 24.99
YAYFREEBOOK: -24.99
subtotal: 0.00
standard S&H: 6.99
edit photo book order ca sales tax: 0.58

$ 7.57
I was able to do it too. Just have to make sure you do the plain $24.99 one for it to work.
Yup, worked for me too!
IT WORKED!! It is 8 central and I just purchased it. Gonna make a great gift!
Worked for me and again my total was $7.57. Great deal on a book of this size…thanks again for these great buys!
This code is still working! Thanks!
I was able to order my book last night with the new code. I’m excited 🙂 !!!
I just finished making mine and for some reason it won’t accept the code. I have an 8×11 classic photobook. It even says on their website that it’s valid until march but for some reason it will not apply the discount. PLEASE HELP! I’m trying to send this as a gift. Thanks!!!!
Samantha, you can contact them and ask for help:

Just look at the very bottom for the link to click and submit your question.
No, this code only works for people who got the special promo through Flickr or Shutterfly. I tried the code and it didn’t work. So I did the live chat on the Snapfish website and the agent said it only works for people whose Snapfish accounts are linked with those two websites.
Boo…
Leila, just so you know for the future this was posted on Jan 22nd. Most of these types of deals might last for a day or possibly 2. They almost never last for a few weeks so you are probably too late anyway. I posted this over 2 weeks ago.
Leila, I don’t think that’s correct. I uploaded my pictures directly from my computer to Snapfish. I had the same problem the promo code wouldn’t work. I spoke to a rep online and she said that if I placed my order and called them and gave them my promo code over the phone they would refund me the amount for the code. I did that and within a couple of days they refunded the money back to my bank account. Also, this code should be good until March. I’m not sure the exact date but when I did type in the code it said good from January-March. I’m not sure why the code didn’t work maybe a glitch somewhere? But, I highly recommend you doing that because it will save you a bunch of money. Plus when you sign up they give you I think it was 20 free prints and when you upload pictures it’ll give you an additional 30. So, I got myself a 20 page photo book and 50 free prints for about $12. You can’t beat that! Hopefully all that helped you out. Good luck! 🙂
I’m already a member of Snapfish.
I guess you have to get lucky with whatever Rep you talk to. The one I talked to was absolutely not going to give me the code. Oh well, I ordered it anyway, using a different code that at least knocked $11.00 off.
