Today only Target.com has ladies shirts and vests on sale for $8 each. Shipping is free! Typically Target is a little pokey about shipping so I am not sure if these items will arrive in time for Christmas.

If you want to buy multiple products, Target is offering g20% off on clothing purchases when you spend $75. You should be able to mix and match with other departments.
For just the $8 items, if you add 10 of them to your cart the total will be $64 after discount. So a net of $6.40 per item.
