Joanna I don’t understand the question. The code is for 10% off so if you got $1.50 off of $5 that is better than expected. If you searched for elf in lowercase letters I don’t know what to tell you. I can see plenty priced at $3. You can click to sort by low to high and that might help.
sorry I wasn’t clear Charlene, when I go to the Target website, the lip glosses that are in a package of 5 are listed for $5. The only ones that are $3 are the packages of 3. So I am not seeing a package of 5 for $3 before the discounted code.
Oh they may have raised the price. I think there are other items still listed at $3 with free shipping. You can always go back in a few days and see if it changes- they offer these sales fairly often.
