Hi–I have been using coupons.com printables since I started following you a year ago. About a week ago I started getting a prompt to load the coupon printer, but everytime I do and try to print again, I just get the prompt again. I have tried eveything to restore it, but with no luck. I KNOW you are very busy (thank you!), but do you have any ideas, or is this happening to people? It affects Bricks coups too! TYIA!
