Jen – I got the same message and I haven’t printed coupons off Target in ages!
This is the message I got – “You’ve reached the limit of coupons you’re currently eligible to receive.”

Everything printed fine for me but the partyware coupon. Wierd.
On one computer I got the “reached print limit” message and on my other computer, the same happened as Teresa. 🙁
Sorry ya’ll I don’t know what to say except stink. I printed this coupon awhile back when I first posted so I can’t try it again.
