SOLD OUT. Lord and Taylor: $50 Gift Card for $25 Today!

There is a nice deal from Rue La La today!  I am super excited both about the deal and also because I have been waiting to tell you about the amazing customer service one reader received from this company.

Here is the deal- and I think you should hurry if you are interested.

They are selling a $50 gift card to Lord and Taylor today for $25.  This is available for online purchases and while I don’t shop Lord and Taylor frequently (ok ever) I can already see they have Clinique bonus time and free shipping on a $49 cosmetics order so I bet you find a great deal.

Anyway, they will mail you the gift card no later than 12/15.  It is available for in store purchases in the Boston area only or online- so anyone can buy!!  Now this would be a fabulous gift for someone.

To get the deal, just head over to Rue La La.  Then click on local picks and you should see “Boston: Lord and Taylor” in purple.  Click that and you are good to go!!

**

On another note, I have been really impressed with this company and reader Jen passed on her amazing experience.  She was purchasing a coffee maker deal available in Boston recently and while she was deciding to buy the item it sold out.  She decided to email the company and see if they had any models in stock and explained it was her birthday gift to herself.  They emailed her back and gave her a voucher for the coffee maker totally free as well as a complimentary pass to an event in Boston.  Jen said she purchased from Rue La La a handful of times, but nothing that would warrant VIP treatment.

So Jen obviously was very lucky in this situation but frequently I hear complaints about various companies and their lack of service and in this situation Rue La La really proved they are an exceptional company.

I also had a great experience with Rue La La…I had trouble placing an order recently. When I called customer service, they immediately gave me an additional $10 credit for the inconvenience (and I’d never ordered anything from them before).

    Oh that is a bummer…

Well, I just got back from Nordstrom’s rack… They let me use my two Groupons together (one in DH’s name and one in mine) and they were super cool about it. I got a nice pair of work shoes for me and a few christmas gifts too. I had it all planned out to break up my purchases in ~$50 groups, but no need. Yay!
