I was just reading the reviews 4 this and they’re TERRIBLE!!! Apparently the biggest complaint is that they won’t connect 2 wi-fi and that’s how u download the books. Also may not work n the sun and the customer service is awful. Others talked about the rebates and they have 2 b postmarked by 12/26. And, if u send n 4 the rebate and u have 2 return it, ur out of luck. Just b careful if u order this and do ur homework. The price seems great, but if u have a useless item, it’s not really a bargain. Thanks 4 finding all the deals 4 us, Charlene. I purchased two literati e readers in december, two rebates per household was available, I processed two complete forms but only received one $30.00 rebate. I am at a loss of who or where to follow this matter for completion.

It’s been a year and I still don’t have my $30.00 rebate for the literati e reader, I bought at Kohl’s last year for my granddaughter for Christmas. All the information was sent in and I’ve called and emailed and still nothing. What are these people doing robbing us off money we are supose to get back for buying products in their stores. Never again will I buy something like this again from their store.
