This seems like a great deal- Amazon has Corel Paintshop Photo Pro X3 on sale from $67 to $25 today and shipping is free.
If you decide to check this out I would recommend looking at the comments first. There are many people that are complaining about the license agreement on the software so you might want to read through and decide what you think.
