Ack!! I’m kinda freaking out!
I tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t go through. I called customer service and he couldn’t find an order for me, so he took it over the phone. When he finished and gave me my total, the price was $11 more than online. Turns out that he couldn’t offer free shipping via phone. So I said nevermind about the order. Then when I checked my bank account, the company had charged me for my original online order. But I never received an order confirmation email and when I go to my account online, it says that I have no orders placed!! Is this a good company? I’ll have to try calling customer service again in the morning, I guess.
Miche- I think this is a very established company and is probably fine. I would call and check in the am and see what happened.
