My cancellation says I will receive a refund check for $1.43 which is interesting since I didn’t pay for anything.
My order got cancelled. I wrote, but no response. The email I got said that I cancelled the order, but I didn’t. They charged me and I saw it went through. Had an in stock item, but don’t know what happened. 🙁 by the looks of the other comments sucess today was nill. Bummer. Thanks for letting us know about this — I hope I find out sooner next time!
I got an email saying my order was canceled too. I called customer service, and they said it was becuase the item I ordered was now out of stock (some eyeshadow for 9.99). I asked them to change it to another item, and they ordered the lip gloss for me instead, but first had to charge my credit card, then credit back, etc. It was a huge pain. Then, after all that, I got the email saying that it had been canceled because of a problem with the promotion code….
I recieved an email saying my order has shipped. Gave me a tracking number and everything. We’ll see if I get the order.
Here’s an update I recieved my order today from ups.
