Now this is very cool.
Amazon has a new program to allows for the lending of Kindle books! You can read these books on Kindles, or use the free app for your computer or smart phone.
When you are shopping for Kindle books, just look for the little note here:
That means the book can be borrowed! You can also loan out books you can purchased to others!
To find out more about this program head over to Amazon.
*A friend of mine told me local libraries will offer similar programs. I haven’t found anything at my library but you can always check with yours and see what you find!
Thanks Penny Pinchin Mom!

Kindles cannot carry library ebooks, and they probably never will The Barnes and Noble Nook can get library books and the Nook has a lending policy as well.
