Jennifer- you need to log into your Eversave account and your voucher is waiting for you. Just open it and use the code inside to place your order. If you mean you placed an order already- the last time they offered this was 10/29 so I would say it is a little early to expect any issues to arrive. Usually 6-8 weeks is the time frame.
