Target: Ponds Wipes .19

I don’t think I have mentioned this gift card deal yet- but it works out to be a great deal on Pond’s towelettes.  Target has an unadvertised gift card deal on select Pond’s and Vaseline items, buy 2 and get a $5 gift card back.

This includes the 30 ct bonus pack towelettes priced at $5.19.  So the deal looks like this:

Buy 2 at $5.19 each and get a free $5 gift card
Use (2) $1.50/1 Ponds Towelettes printable
and Use (2) $1/1 Target coupons (look for Ponds under Beauty)
Final Price: .38 for 2 after coupons and gift card!!

I was only able to print one Ponds Target coupon- so let me know if you can print 2.

*If you don’t buy anything else except these towelettes you might have issues at the register with your coupons.  You can always just pay and then go to customer service and ask for your coupon value to be refunded.  If you have extra items you are purchasing, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Please be sure to check for signage in your store as this is an unadvertised promotion.  The gift card will be prompted once your cashier scans both packs, so if you don’t see the gift card prompt you might ask to have them removed from your order.

Thanks Chia!!

$1/1 Target coupon is limit one coupon or offer per transaction, after all is still a good deal, thanks Charlene.

I lost your page after printing one Target coupon, so I hit the back button and it printed another coupon for me.
    Thanks,

I cashed in on this deal earlier this week–what a sweet deal! I am pretty sure the signage said the gift card deal is available through 11/20.

Does anyone know where there are Vaseline coupons? I was looking at that deal last weekend and need more lotion.

I took advantage of this deal last week. I was able to print two Pond’s coupons on the Target web site. This week the Pond’s wipes are on sell, so I took my receipt in and got a price adjustment.

Did you check under the category I mentioned in the post Patty? I can still see it there.

Thanks for the coupon, I love these wipes and they are always expensive.

I saw on another website they suggested purchasing Gas-X as a filler for the gift card deal because with the coupons, its free! The Gas-X chewables are $3.99 and you can use a $3 Target Coupon and the $1 Manufacturer’s Coupon (SS 11/7 and available at gas-x.com). So after the gift card, I paid .68 for the transaction – 2 Ponds bonus packs and 2 Gas-X chewables.

I went to Target today and bought these, but didn’t get a gift card…I bought the exact item pictured…oh well, I will just return next time I go to Target…

Kristine–I did this deal today too and didn’t get the gift card. They were priced at 4.79 at my store though. Any ideas? I’ll probably return them next time as well.

I had the same issues after buying them today…no gift card for me! Sad..sad!

Can you verify how long the gift card runs? I went today, and because the sales paper said no gift card when purchasing, I tried the purchase, but it didn’t prompt a gift card. Is it over, or did it end on 11/6?

Hmm. well that stinks. Sometimes these offers are not in every single store and they are unadvertised. But it should still run for awhile longer. Did you have signage in your store indicating the promotion was available? They were the 30ct bonus packs?

  20. Kristine Twardy-Todd says

    11/11/2010 at 2:02 PM

Sarah H, no idea why, but since the deal was unadvertised, i figured it wasn’t worth the argument, I will just return them when I go back on Sunday, a little pricey for me …

Charlene worked perfect for me! I bought the DVDs you posted too and no problems at all! Love it!

I tried this today as well and did not get a gift card.

  23. Charlene says

Can those that did not get the card please confirm that they bought the 30ct bonus packs of the Pond’s wipes? I have a feeling you may have purchased the wrong item. Also, can you please confirm if your store did indeed have signs like the one pictured?

  24. Sarah H. says

    11/11/2010 at 4:23 PM

I bought the 30 ct. pack. It didn’t say “bonus” on it and the signage just stated “sale 4.79”. I knew i was taking a chance and might not get the gift card. I was at a small Target this morning. I’ll see if they have the correct item at the “bigger” Target so I can get the deal this weekend.

But while I was there, I got a pack of cheap Huggies (4.99), cheap Kraft cheese, and Kid Essentials (.99) so it all worked out 🙂

I bought the 30 count packs, but my store did not have a sign advertising the gift card. I figured it was worth a try, but when I bought them I didn’t get a gift card. I guess it just depends on the store. My store had them on price cut for $4.67.

  26. Charlene says

    11/11/2010 at 4:56 PM

Sarah it is the BONUS PACKS not the 30 ct ones. I believe the bonus packs might be on a separate display- probably an end cap is my guess. So I think those that didn’t get the card might not have purchased the bonus pack.

  27. Pamela says

    11/11/2010 at 5:22 PM

I didn’t notice if mine were bonus, but I will try tomorrow to see if it works! Thanks!

  28. Pamela says

    11/12/2010 at 11:18 AM

YAY! Found the bonus packs on the end cap and they were clearly marked with the $5 gift card when you buy 2. Awesome deal! Love these…

Em- I think I am a massive prude because I get so embarrassed posting colon items and such 🙂 I would die before buying these at Target but the idea is a great one if you aren’t a big baby like me 😉

Found ’em on end cap and got to take advantage of this awesome deal!

Just picked these up at my Target today and got the $5 gift card! Found them on an end cap and they were not advertised with the gift card deal – just bonus packs regular priced @ $5.19. I took the chance and it worked with all my coupons. My (2) $1.50 Ponds coupons beeped, not sure why but cashier pushed them through!
