I just tried to do this. There are two options, Sunday only delivery or Thursday-Sunday Delivery. If I select 1 copy of Sunday delivery, it says I must enter a number greater than 0 for the Thursday -Sunday choice. Anyone else having trouble? I tried several different things several times with NO luck. Too bad, this was an awesome price!
If you’re already a subscriber, you can still get this deal. I was going to buy this and send it to my mom’s place since she’s not already a subscriber. When I called to cancel my current subscription to LA Times, they transferred me to a ‘cancellation specialist.’ They offered me several deals in a row, all which were inferior to this deal. Finally, they said they could offer the lowest promotional rate of $9.80 for 1 year of Sunday issues!! That’s an even better deal than this one!! So you might be able to get it too if you’re willing to cancel your subscription. They actually canceled mine first before they offered me this lowest promo rate. I had to use my ‘credit balance’ from canceling early to pay for the new year’s subscription. Good luck!

I can’t begin to express how incredibly jealous I am about this deal!!! our paper’s best deal is $1.69/paper. regular price for it is $1.75 and I can get it at the dollar store for $1… so, nowhere near a good deal.
Thank you so much. Every Sunday I get up at the crack of dawn & drag my 3 year old to the newspaper stand & pay $1.50 per copy. This is wonderful. Just wish I could get two subscriptions, but no complaints here 🙂
