I actually ordered last week when they had the softlights for free.
My order already arrived and this is what I received from last week. I paid for a 4pk of liners which was $16. Then I got 3 free samples and the free Softlights. (Note: the free item changes each time- so the softlights is not available today the offer is for lip gloss only.)

Kelly ~ I ordered last week & the softlights did not appear on my confirmation email. After calling the 800 line, the gal added it to my order … ordered Thurday & it was delivered Saturday… try calling!
