Have you found the Safeway Thanksgiving Booklet in your store yet?  I haven’t seen it but maybe this weekend they will be out.

Reader Jenny has put together a few great deals with this booklet:

::Sierra Mist 2L are priced at .99 each when you buy 4.  Use the $1/1 coupon from the booklet and they are free!

::Pam and Wesson Oil are priced at $2.29 at Safeway, she found them for $2 at Target- use the $1/1 coupon from the booklet and pay $1-1.29 each depending on which store you prefer.

::Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa- she found these for $1 at both Target and Walmart.  Take the $1 coupon from the Safeway booklet and they should be free!

And just a reminder, if you still have the $70 in Savings booklet from Safeway there is a $1/2 coupon for Kraft Cheese.  It will be on sale starting Sunday at Target for $1.80 a bag.  So use the $1/2 Kraft coupon with the $1/2 Target coupon and they will be .80 each!

Thanks Jenny!

Oh darn it! I just stocked up on Wesson Oil at Safeway, and I much prefer Target over that store. Also, the Sierra Mist is priced at .98 (so free with coupon) at Walmart right now. My cashier had to adjust the coupon down for me, after I insisted.

Thanks for helping me use these books!! I have had huge luck with them and am LOVING all these great deals!!! Winco had Wesson Oil for 1.68, and pam spray for 1.98 – the $1/1 coupons for under a dollar each!!

I used the 1.00 off bisquick shake pancake mix for .50 each. 2.00 off hefty trash bags at walmart for .89 cents each. swiss miss free at commisary . vanilla .50 at commisary after 1.50 off. pepper free at target after 1.00 off

It’s in the meat department near the turkeys at the Safeway in Lincoln.

The Swanson broth at Safeway is $0.60 now. Using the 4/$1.00 coupon in the book, and make it $0.60×4 = $2.4-$1 = 4/$1.4 or $0.35 each. Thanks for all other great matchup on using other coupons in the book. ^^

The Kraft coupon in the $70 savings book expires 11/15, so I will be shopping at Target Sunday or Monday for sure. Thanks for the tip!

PS The Safeway in GB had Smart Balance skim milk marked down to 1.99 for quick sale (expiration date on the milk is December). The OOP should be .99 using the Q in the $70 savings book.

The Banquet chicken nuggets and patties are on sale for 5.49 each, if you buy 2, the 3rd one is free and there is a 2.00 off each coupon in the Thanksgiving book. Good to keep in the freezer for snacks for kids.

I went to my store (Germantown, MD) and just asked for the book- they had them at customer service! I should have asked before I started shopping, but am very excited about the great coupons in the book!

I’ve been to 2 stores and neither of them have had the books. There are empty containers everywhere but no sign of the books. I asked at customer service today and they said they didn’t have any. 🙁

Janey I went tonight too and I think people are getting carried away 🙁 I saw empty containers everywhere and there was a container in the front that probably held a few hundred books at some point. They had 10. I took 2 and I was glad to at least get that many since I wanted the Banquet nuggets deal.
