Katie I believe the Kohl’s cash is after the codes but maybe you get a nice surprise. I am not sure on ON. I think it is after the 30% but try it before and see. Otherwise, it isn’t too bad- I want to say $5-7 flat for shipping.
The free shipping code for Kohl’s, FREE2MVC, is only good if you use a Kohl’s charge card. Boo, almost $6 in shipping for a toy that only costs $6 is not worth it.
