Reader Christen let me know that she spotted a new gift card offer for Pond’s at Target stores.
This seems to be the same promotion as before but it started 11/22. You will want to look for special bonus packs of Ponds Wipes priced at $5.19. Most people have spotted these on end caps not in the regular facial products aisle.
The bonus packs are priced at $5.19 each with a $5 gift card back- so the math looks like this:
Buy 2 at $5.19
Use (2) $1.50/1 printable coupon
and Use $1/1 Target coupon (look under beauty)
Pay $5.38 and get a $5 gift card back!
Last time this was offered many people did not find this offer in their stores. I think the issue was buying the regular wipes NOT the bonus packs. So I think if you are already planning to head to Target keep an eye out. Remember to look for the special displays on the end caps that will hopefully have signs indicating the gift card offer.
UPDATE: I went to Target today and did find this offer myself. The offer was marked at my store from 11/21-12/18.

I went yesterday but could not find it. May be I have to go check again this week.
The Target coupon states one coupon per transaction, are you still able to use both since you are getting both?? I get sooo nervous attempting these, I usually send my husband to do it! lol
I was one of the ones who bought the wrong item from the face care isle. I went back and found them on the end cap like you suggested. Deal worked out perfect!
Mom to 3. Target implemented that last year when people were going crazy and buying 55 single serve candy bars in one transaction and using Target coupons to get them all free. So the vast majority of stores will not restrict you to one Target coupon- some will. You really have to learn your store. I think in all my years of couponing at Target I have only had one time that I was told just one coupon. As long as you are reasonable with what you are buying you probably won’t have any problems 🙂
Here is another tip- if you have issues at the register just pay and move over to customer service. They can actually give you cash for your coupons- so you can always try that as well 🙂
The cashier at my Target wouldn’t let me use 2 of the Target coupons or 2 of the manufacturer coupons. They have been especially stinky lately and have not been letting me use more than one coupon if it says “one per purchase” on it. I think I might try back when my favorite, coupon-friendly cashier is there. 🙂
Dana, I would call customer service for Target and complain. I see limiting the Target coupon- and that is only a dollar anyway- but the manufacturer coupons is nonsense.
The gift card deal wasn’t marked at my target, but I went for the deal anyway because it’s still a good price. But I got the gift card! The cashier did give me a huge hassle about the two manu coupons, but a manager came over and put them right through.
My RedPlum IP $1.50MQs for Ponds beeped so cashier asked about ’em. Yay, manager said to accept ’em!
