Office Depot Freebies for Next Week

Office Depot has some fantastic worklife rewards next week.  Now I can’t say I have ever done a Worklife Reward transaction so if any of you are experts on this let us know your tips.

My understanding is that Worklife Rewards are just store credit.  The program is free and you can register for Worklife Rewards here. These are paid quarterly when you earn more than $10 in the form of a gift card that is mailed to you.

Here are just some of the items that are free next week:

::3M Pop Up Tape Dispenser $2.99– Get $2.99 back in Rewards

::3pk Writing Pads $4.99- Get $4.99 back in Rewards

::Holiday Letterhead $6.49– Get $6.49 back in Rewards

::Desk Organizer $6.99– Get $6.99 back in Rewards

::12pk Bubble Mailers $12.99– Get $12.99 back in Rewards

::3pk Sharpie Pens $9.99– Get $9.99 back in Rewards

::Office Depot File Totes $9.99– Get $9.99 back in Rewards

::Compact Stapler $10.99-Get $10.99 back in Rewards

:: Premium Scissors $11.99– Get $11.99 back in Rewards

::10pk Post Its $12.99– Get $12.99 back in Rewards

::Office Depot Storage Boxes $14.99– Get $14.99 back in Rewards

::3M Clear address Labels $24.99– Get $24.99 back in Rewards

PLUS you get 100% back in Rewards on all shipping next week!  Now that doesn’t get any more exciting for me since I happen to have 4 boxes waiting to be shipped right now.

Also, this is not in the weekly ad preview but it is listed online as free after Rewards next week. So we will have to see if this is regional or available to everyone.

Energizer 20 packs of AA and AAA Batteries $12.98 each- Get $12.98 back.  You can buy up to (2) packs of each size.

To make that deal even better, if you find specially marked packs batteries you can also enter the codes from the Energizer batteries and get a free $10 iTunes gift card!!

On top of all that, there is a $10 off $50 Office Depot coupon that doesn’t expire until 11/18.    You might be able to use this just depending on your store.  I believe Office Depot only issues Worklife Rewards after coupon discounts, so I would cross your fingers this is a moneymaker but I wouldn’t count on it.

Thanks Penny Pinchin Mom!

Charlene, thank you for all your hard work. I don’t understand what you mean when you say, ” I believe Office Depot only issues Worklife Rewards after coupon discounts, so I would cross your fingers this is a moneymaker but I wouldn’t count on it.” Are you saying that if I use coupons, I won’t get the worklife rewards? Also, if I use the $10 off $20 coupon, can I also use my $1 manufacturer coupons? Thanks! You’re a life saver to me!

Christal- what I am saying is that is an item costs $20 and there are $20 in rewards back. Then you use a coupon for $10/20. So you pay $10. I don’t know if they will issue a rewards card to you for the full amount of $20 or the value after your coupon of $10. I would think a huge moneymaker would be possible but I wouldn’t count on that if you decide to buy the items. Yes you should be fine using manufacturer coupons but every store is a little different so you can always call and check.

    Christal,

If you purchase $20 and then use the $10/$20 coupon you will only get the $10 in worklife rewards back. They will not give you the $10 overage. When you get your worklife rewards card make sure you don’t use it on items that give you rewards because you won’t get them. I made that mistake.

Thoroughly confused now. I got the $20 off $100 coupon. So, If I buy all the free items after rewards credit, it totals around $105. If I used the coupon, then it’s $85, Do I get $85 worth of rewards to spend there or $105 or not?

Joanna- You get back what you paid so you will not make a profit- if you pay $85 that is what you will get back.

This is an awesome deal! I missed it since I was out of town and wasn’t able to study your bulletins. This will keep me from having to drag a lot of stuff to relatives in 2 weeks when I go visiting – I have lots of stuff and would much rather ship it. Thanks again! (I would never have thought shipping would warrant a rebate – awesome!
