You can send in a copy of your receipt so that means you get to submit for the $5 Campbell’s rebate as well as this one!!

You can get the Rayovac rebate form for Toy Story 3 here.

There are Rayovac printable coupons available or in 10/31 SS.

Both rebates require original Toy Story UPC, therefore both campbells and Rayovac rebates cannot be used

Shayla do you think they want the actual bar code? Because Disney movies come with 2 proof of purchase tags on the back but only one bar code.

The Rayovac rebate form says entire “toy UPC label as proof of purchase” and the Campbells rebate form says “1 proof of purchase tab”. I looked at our Princess & Frog Blu-Ray package and that one has 2 proof of purchase tabs above the the bar code, so I understand these as the Rayovac one needing the UPC (bar) code and the Campbell’s one needing one of the Proof of Purchase tabs.

to follow up on my previous comment, according to Rayovac’s facebook page the proof of purchase tab is sufficient for their rebate

The rayovac rebate says “1 per person in RI” at the bottom. does that mean this is only available to those who reside in RI? or are people in RI able to submit only one per person and many per household?

Jojo, I am quite sure it isn’t just for people in RI. They’d have some really ticked off people. But I don’t know what that means- maybe the other states can also submit for as many as you want? Kind of an odd little note.
