Actually, they retail for $40 at Macy’s but are on sale for $19.99. I used my $10 coupon and got two Pillow Pets for $30.
JCP must have a lot of exclusions on these coupon codes because neither worked for me.

Alexia there are about a million exclusions on the bottom of the coupon. It gave me a headache to read it all 🙂
I used to work for Penney’s. Try being the associate who has to explain to the angry customer, “No, ma’am, you can’t use your coupon on that item…or that one…or that one.” Not much fun! It drove me CRAZY!

JCPENNEY customer service is Not great! I ordered the towels that were $12.99 with the $10.00 code. The order was just cancelled after I had already contacted them and they stated the order was to be shipped and I could pick up on December 10th. I ordered a dress for my 18 month old. I have the email with the order and they are now stating that my order number doesn’t event exist. What a pain! I will definitely try to order elsewhere online!
