I am working on a post with a few ideas for holiday greeting cards and will hopefully have some good deals for you. If you prefer to get some slightly higher end cards and other items there are two nice deals running today:
::PAPER MOMENTS: You can get a $50 voucher for $20 for Paper Moments today from Groupon-Lincoln. They have pretty cards but I actually decided to buy this for the photo gifts. They have holiday ornaments for $9.99- so this voucher would cover 5 ornaments. I usually buy these every year for the Grandparents and for us. I tested 5 of them and shipping was $10- so I will pay $6 per ornament. (You will want to register for Groupon first if you aren’t already a member and click the link above and it should take you to the deal.) We might see better deals on ornaments as the holidays progress but you might find some other items that make this worthwhile.
::PEAR TREE GREETINGS: You can get a $40 voucher for Pear Tree cards for $20 from Zulily today. These are really pretty cards but shipping is not included so you might check Pear Tree out before you buy. Then just register or log in at Zulily to make your purchase.
Then don’t forget to order your 140 address labels for $3. I ordered mine a few days ago and I will post as soon as they arrive! You get the labels free and you just pay about $3 for shipping. You can make address labels or little labels to put on your gifts and there are tons of designs to choose from.
Also on Groupon today under Hartford is $15 for $50 in cards or photobooks from Mixbook.com. I just checked out their holiday cards and they are adorable and they are really reasonable! Just about .60-.70 per card, depending on how many you order. You can get about 80 cards (depending on the print/style you choose) for the $50! I’m not sure how much shipping will be. I just bought my groupon!
Photo cards are actually cheapest at Costco right now. You can order 50 for 14.99 but there is a coupon for $5 until 11/28. So 50 for $9.99!
