Lol, I think the sweet potato au gratin could be a good one. I really like candied yams, but something the sugar is overwhelming. My family also doesn’t usually make apple pie, so to incorporate it in the sweet potatoes sounds yummy. Besides, that one is from Wolfgang Puck. My husband once had his mac n cheese at a restaurant in an airport and said it was the best he’s ever had (and he’s had A LOT of mac n cheese in his life, lol).
Hmmm I have to agree with you Charlene ….. these recipes look like way too much work for me…..I already pull an all nighter cooking every year for Thanksgiving….trying one of these would have me pulling my hair out! LOL
