Lol, Whataburger (think what – a – burger) is a fast food burger joint that I know to be in Texas. Not too bad of a place… decent burgers (most “real” compared to burger places and there’s no In & Out or Hardee’s in the Texas I’m from). They have great chicken fingers with white gravy… yum. Definitely a good set of freebies for anyone near a Whataburger to get their fix.

I am soooo sad that you don’t know whataburger! Definitely a staple in my area. Love the shakes, burgers, fries, etc!

    I don’t eat meat so I guess it wouldn’t matter anyway 🙂

Mmmmm…Whataburger! It’s a franchise that originated down in Corpus Christi and is mostly here in Texas but there are a few in neighboring states too.

Charlene, I don’t eat eggs so I’m sitting out on tomrrow’s free food. 😉

I live in Texas and I love Whataburger! YUM! But I have to say, I visited California for the first time ever this summer and ate at an In and Out Burger. It was yummy, too! My husband loved their simple menu…ordering was so fast and the food was great!

Whataburger does not have but a very few franchises. They rival In and Out Burger of California with the Texas taste and tradition. They are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Many are open 24/7 except for Christmas Day. They truly care about their customers and take comments more seriously than most restaurant chains. And, they are expending throughout the US, but slowly as to maintain the quality of the product. When you order a Whataburger, be patient, since it is cooked when you order and not under a sun lamp.

Whataburgers are absolutely delicious and the best burger franchise in Houston, TX. They are prepared when you order them, beef patties are not kept warm under a heat lamp and the veggies are fresh. Each year my brother who lives in Missouri, travels to Houston for Thanksgiving and stops at the first whataburger franchise he encounters once he crosses the Oklahoma – Texas border. He waits all year for this wonderful TREAT!
