It looks like Walmart might have the best price so far at $27.96 for this movie but I am sure more deals will pop up.

If you go to Toys R Us, ask for a “magical savings on Disney Movie Collection” There is a $10 off coupon for this movie inside and since it is a toys r us coupon you can use both!
Also at TRU, if you buy $40 of Disney movies, you get a $10 GC. Could make for a great deal, especially if there is a TRU coupon on the Christmas Carol.
