I tried the SEPYUMMY code and the subscribe and save on the 5 lb bag, and it worked, too bringing the total down to $17.50. It’s .053 per lollipop on the 5lb bag and .065 per lollipop on the 30 oz container.
As a side note, I bought a bag of Skittles/Starburst @ Sam’s Club for $9.88 for 172 pieces which works out to .057 per piece.
I also decided on the 5 lb bag because it was a little bit better deal.
