BOGO Starburst Coupon

10/28/2010

Share

Another great coupon is available!  You can get a Buy One Get One Free Starburst Gummibursts pouch- valued at $1.09 or less.

There are so many great candy deals available now this is worth printing.

Does anyone know if these are part of the crazy good candy sale at Rite Aid this week?

There is a hot new coupon available for $1 off Arrowhead Water.  I just printed it and the coupon says “valid on any 1 Arrowhead water 8oz 12pk or 24 pk, 8oz with flouride 8pk or Aquapod 8pk or 24 pk.”  I see this with a blank zipcode under beverages.  You can also try 90001.

There are all sorts of deals available to score cheap or free water!

For those in Southern California, Slater Bros has the Aquapods on sale this week for .99.  So free after coupon!  You should also get a catalina coupon for $1 back when you buy 2 or $2 back you buy 3.

(Thanks Southern Cali Saver)

For my Nor CA readers,I called Raley’s and the Aquapods are priced at $1.50 this week.  I believe the catalina is running through 10/31: Buy 2 and Get $1 back or Buy 3 and Get $2 back.  I can confirm this later this afternoon.

For everyone else,

Rite Aid has had these for $1 in the past.  I called my store and it doesn’t look like they are on sale this week, but you might grab the coupon and hold out for a sale!

These are so convenient for any sports activities or to just keep in the car for the little ones.

*Arrowhead is a regional brand so this might not be available in every city. Also, Office Depot has a deal this week on water but it is listed at 20 bottle packs of water and the coupon is for 24 bottle cases.

Safeway: New Free Milk Catalina

10/28/2010

Share

There is a good deal on Frosted Mini Wheats this week that reader Sarah figured out.  They are priced at $1.99 each for the 15.8-18 oz boxes and there is a $1/2 printable coupon.

To make the deal even better, Sarah also got a catalina coupon for a free gallon of milk when you buy 3 boxes of Mini Wheats 14.5oz or larger!  This catalina is running from 10/24-11/20 and it will print out as a free item coupon after you buy your boxes of cereal.

So here are two deal ideas:

Buy 4 boxes at $1.99 each with in ad coupon
Use (2) $1/2 printables
Final Price: $5.96 for 4 boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk up to $3.60.

OR

Buy 3 boxes at $1.99
Use $1/2 printable
Final Price: $4.97 for 3 boxes of cereal plus a gallon of milk up to $3.60.
(So your 4th box is basically .99)

Sometimes these catalina promotions are regional but I believe this one is running at other stores right now so it should be nationwide. If you decide to try this be sure to come back and let me know how it goes for you!

See the complete list of weekly deals at Safeway here.

(Milk is about $2.80 a gallon here- so the first scenario works out to .79 a box of cereal for me.)

Thanks Sarah!

Shop Taste of Home released a new code for 20% off plus free shipping when you spend $20 or more.

They have a ton of cookbooks and other items that might make nice gifts for any foodies you know.

The code is working on the clearance area and I saw softcover cookbooks starting at $2.99.

Just head over to Shop Taste of Home and enter code: LST26 at checkout.

Also, if you don’t already subscribe to Taste of Home Magazine I believe the $3.99 sale for 1 year is still available.

Thanks Penny Pinchin Mom!

There are a few national deals available on Groupon today.  These can be purchased by anyone, in any city since they are online offers.

PICABOO: This is always popular.  You get $100 in photobooks for $35 plus the voucher can be used toward shipping.  Some people have been able to stack this voucher with promo codes and some have not.  You should be able to get at least 2 hardcover photobooks shipped with your $35 voucher.  If you can also use promo codes, your deal with be much better. Click here to get this deal.

WEEKLY CINEMA: This is another big seller.  You can get 6 movie tickets for $30 today.  The deal requires 3 steps: buy your voucher, you will need to go into Groupon in 1-2 days and check your account for your voucher.  Then take the code that is on the voucher to weeklycinema.com.  They will give you a second code that you can enter at movietickets.com or fandango.com to get your tickets.  You do not need to use all 6 at once and they are vaid at any theater listed on Fandango or Movietickets.com.  The tickets expire 12/13.  Click here to get this deal.

iGOURMET: I really like this one as well because I adore cheese.  You get a $40 voucher to iGourmet for $20.  You can order coffee, gourmet pantry items, cheeses and gift baskets with your voucher.  You can apply the voucher toward your shipping costs for ground shipping.  This might be a nice deal if you serve cheese platters for the holidays or if you want to send someone a gift. Click here to get this deal.

Anyone else spot a great deal on Groupon today?

Duracell Batteries .34 each

10/28/2010

Share

Amazon has a great deal once again on Duracell batteries.  You can get a 20pk of AAA batteries for $6.91 right now and shipping is free.

That works out to .34 each and typically I find .50 or less per battery for name brand is a good buy price.

So to get this offer, you just head over to Amazon- select 20 batteries in AAA size. Your price should be $8.13.

Then select subscribe and save on the right side.  Enter your payment information and your cart should look like mine with the price reduced to $6.91.

Shipping is free.

Once your order arrives, just go back into your Amazon account (click your account on the homepage) and cancel the subscribe and save.  You have no further obligations.  If you forget they will actually email you prior to sending out another shipment so not to worry!

This is a great time to stock up for the holiday toys!

*NOTE: as always the price can go up at any minute with Amazon.

Modnique has a great sale on Disney watches that would make a very cute gift.  The watches are originally $80 so hopefully the quality is good.

Many are marked down to $19 and if you are new to Modnique you get a $5 sign up credit.  Plus promo code: star should still be working for an extra $10 off!

So you might pay as low as $4 plus about $8 for shipping.

They are selling fast so hurry over!
