If you used the promo code to try and get a better price than $3 per shirt, it appears that code has cancelled out the sale price. I have spoken to Gaiam and they are trying to resolve the issue. Wowee this looks like almost all the shirts are sold out already.
Today Gaiam has a sale on Graphic T’s- they are 3 for $10 or $3.33 each!!
These are organic t’s and they have long sleeve or short sleeve available. The price is not listed at $3.33 until you add 3 of them to your cart- I am not sure exactly which shirts are included so if you don’t get the discount you might try a different style.
Here is what I did:
I went to Gaiam and typed in Graphic T
Then I choose the purple one above and added 3 to my cart. The price dropped from $28 to $3.33 per shirt automatically! Each additional shirt is $3.33 and shipping for me was $5.99. I tried a few other styles and they all worked perfectly! Remember you need at least 3 in your cart to get the discount.
PS: Looks like if you order 4 or 5 shirts shipping is free!!
*I can’t imagine they will cancel these orders but I guess you just never know.
Went to the site to check this out. Please be aware that they only carry sizes s-xl, and not all those sizes were available in each of the tees. They are having a big sale though and a lot of the shirts are already more than 50% off.

I think you get free shipping if you buy 4 shirts that aren’t already marked down or 5 shirts (including marked down ones). I just ordered 5 shirts for $16.65. AWESOME!!!

T2WLCM code gives 20% off. my total was about $12 for 5 shirts.
Toady at 4:20 I was creating my order and the price jumped up from $3.33 each to $24 each. I called their toll free number and the cs rep did it manually and adjusted the price. Still $15 is for 3 tees with shipping is a good price! He said the website had been slow all day. Just so you know!
It appears their website is now having problems registering the 3/$10 sale. I called them and customer service informed that I could place the order (at regular price) and they would go back into my order and make the price adjustments/discounts. So I took a chance and did that… I’ll let you know how it goes…

I just ordered 5 shirts but didn’t get free shipping but when I used the code T2WLCM it took my entire total to 86 cents before the $5.99 shipping so I got 5 shirts for $6.85.
It would be really nice if people said it was US only… :S

OK this is crazy, we will see if it works. The choices were narrow, but I used your coupon code and my total came to $4.06, I was charged $5.99 shipping but who cares my total was $10.05.
Used code T2WLCM and got 6 t-shirts for the 5.99 shipping only.
Slim selection on the shirts, but I ordered some anyway with the 20% off code. Also found a great water bottle on sale for 3.99.
I thought maybe I missed this since I’m much later than everyone – but I still got 4 t-shirts for under $20 with shipping! Great Christmas gifts!
I got 6 shirts for just $5.99!! My Christmas shopping is almost done!
I just called customer service to get the adjustments on my order, and they were great. They adjusted my order to the correct price and allowed me to use the T2WLCM code for an additional 20% off. So I got 12 shirts for $31.96 shipped (not as good as the 6 shirts for $5.99 but not too bad either).
I just found out that, due to a glitch in their system, the shirts I ordered will be $12.99, not $5.99. I called customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, but that I can refuse the shipment when it gets here (they already shipped it while neglecting to tell me so). PLUS 3 of the shirts I ordered aren’t available, so I’ll be getting 3 shirts for $12.99. I’m definitely going to be refusing this shipment…very disappointed.

Great to hear from you! We actually are in the works of resolving this inventory glitch, no worries, we’ll have our Customer Service team get in contact with all of the customers that were affected. No need to alert any of your shoppers of this error as it didn’t affect everyone, just a small handful.

I just called customer support and bc the shirts sold so fast…I will only be getting 2 of the 12 shirts I ordered. 🙁 My total for 2 shirts were around $5. They are sending me a certificate ($) towards their merchandise as an apology.
Well NJ- I know it is a bummer to not get all of them but that sounds really generous to me. I bet the traffic they had from that offer was insane.
Charlene- I agree. Since I only got 2 of the shirts, I decided to call them again and place another order for the same shirts that shipped out. They honored the price and waived the shipping. 🙂

If your order was placed according to the directions in the post- you should not have any problems at all.
I ordered 7 tees and used 20% off coupon and the total came to $5.99 shipped. I got the package today and found out that I only got 5 tees and they charged me $20.93 instead of $5.99. I called their CS and she said there was technical problem on the website that day and so they had to adjust my total. How could they do that without my knowledge? They didn’t even tried to call or send me e-mail about it. If I knew that the total’s going to be more then I will cancel the order. I’m really upset right now. The CS told me if I want to return the tees, they’ll take the return shipping charge from my refund. I’ll take this matter to my credit card since I didn’t authorize them to charge my card more than what I expected. I was kinda expect that they might cancel the order but didn’t think that they’ll overcharged me for their own false.
Rose, I am not defending them in any way at all. I just want to explain their position because I don’t think this was intentional. The 20% code caused some issues on the backend with their system. That is why the site was so slow that day too. Gaiam doesn’t allow stacking of promos- so that is where the problem was. It worked on the site- so we didn’t know- but then the 20% overrode the other promo in their systems. So you got 20% off of $20 rather than 20% off $3.
So they discovered the problem and they are honoring the $3 price for sure. I don’t know if they will also give you the extra 20% on top of that. From what I understand, they have been trying to contact everyone that had the overcharge to correct the problem. Anyway, what was communicated to me is that if you call customer service they will adjust your price to what was advertised- $3. Is that not what they have told you?
