You can head over to Proctor and Gamble and log in and see a list of samples and coupons that are available to you. These change every quarter and you only get to request them once.
I had a sample of Cover Girl waiting as well as coupons for Head and Shoulder, Tide and Febreze among other things. You can select as many as you like.
