More Rite Aid Deals: Free Cough Drops, Cheap Dish Soap

Here are a few extra deals at Rite Aid this week.  I do not see these listed in my ad- so I can’t say if they are just unadvertised or if they are regional.  I thought I’d mention them just in case.  (These might just be available in California- so probably not worth an extra trip to check out.)

According to readers Diana and Rebecca, Finish Dishwashing Soap (including Powerball tablets, powder or gel) is priced at $2.99 with a $2 +Up Reward.

There are apparently bonus packs of 40 total powerball tablets that are also ringing up at $2.99.  My 9/19 SS has a $1 off coupon for Powerball tabs 32 ct+ or .50 off for 20 ct.

So depending on which size you find, your final price will be Free to .49 a box!

***

Reader Suzanne found Luden’s Cough Drops on sale for $.50 a pack.  Use the .55/1 from 10/3 SS and get them free!

***

Reader Jojo found Tic Tacs bigg packs in her ad for $1.  Use the $.75/1 printable or the .75/1 from 10/3 RP and get those for .25!

***

I just noticed regular Trident and Trident White are advertised at $1 in my ad.  There is a .75/1 Trident Layers coupon. If those are also included in the sale- that makes them .25 a pack.

Any other great deals this week?

The Luden drops are in my local ad – central CA. The smaller package of Finish is also in my ad, but I haven’t tried the sizes in-store. The Trident White was not labeled in my store so the cashier let me use a .50 coupon on the regular Trident cinnamon.

Liz- I must be crazy because I didn’t see them in my ad. Someone said it was in the paper edition- so I don’t have that anymore I just looked online. I will make a note though!

The Slim Fast that is buy 2 get $2 UP reward is working on the 4 packs of Slim Fast that are on 75% clearance! I have exhausted all 12 of my $1 off coupons just trying to buy the packs and then this week the UP reward kicks in! At the 3 stores I’ve visited the 4 pack is still with the regular Slim Fast and doesn’t have signage for the clearance or the UP reward.

I’m running low on dishwasher detergent and I like this stuff, had UPRs, etc., so I got 3. It printed 3 UPR for me. They had a ton of the 75 oz. in stock, so I’m going to go and do this tomorrow:

    1 Schick Hydro Razor
    3 Finish $2.99
    1 Huggies Pure and Natural
    1 Gallon Milk (use $.55/1)
Total after coupons and $5/25: $9.39, plus get $2-6 in UPR. Woohoo!

Thanks for your match-ups. They make putting scenarios together so simple!

I was walking through the isles on Sunday looking for some filler items and I saw in the candy isle two items that were not listed in the paper that have an UPR and make them free! Now and Later candy pack (88 cents) and the pack of gumballs (I can’t remember the name brand on them as I didn’t buy them). Be careful though!! The Now and Laters rang up as 69 cents, so the UPR didn’t print. The manager was really nice about it though and gave me cash right then and there for it because she said it had happened to others already. I was shocked as I’ve had to call customer service when the UPR didn’t print! Anyways…this seems to be a month long deal!
