For the $5.00 to come off, you have to enter “$5.00” in the store credit field & press apply. Then you will see that the $5.00 is taken off. It worked for me this morning & I ordered a pair of rainboots & they were $4.95 (includes shipping) after the $10 & $5 off.
You have to apply the $5.00 credit under the coupon box, in the store credit section. I got mine.
