There is a chance you can get 4 tickets to see a pre-screening of the movie Tangled which is Disney’s new adaptation of Rapunzel. I have to say this is yet another Disney movie I am excited to see.. ahem… get for my girls.
You need to register at U See It and then see if they any any locations near you. The registration code is: wingclips. I registered and there were three available theaters/times in my area.
These will likely fill up fast so hurry over and check. Also, many times these types of deals will have added benefits like coupons to purchase the movie or gift bags so you may get lucky.

So I registered and signed up for 4 tickets and it took me to Disney website for a video preview. Do you know if you get told immediately you got the tickets? The theater is an hour away, but close to my sister so I want to get her to sign up also if it looks like we will get the tickets.

just a warning for those who’ve never been to a movie screening before- get there at least an hour early and bring something to do while waiting in line. the lines can get very very long and they turn people away if there are too many.
Did anyone sign up for this? I did and it mentioned receiving an email 24-48 hour prior. But the movie is tomorrow and I still haven’t heard anything…do I still go??
I signed up, as did my sister, but our screening isn’t until next Weds. I suppose if you haven’t gotten anything, maybe you didn’t get in, but I don’t know how it works. I wouldn’t want to bring my family out to stand in line and then be told if I didn’t get the email I was out of luck, especially since we are going with small children.
Anyone else get their email for a movie on Thursday?
No email here either! Our show is supposed to be tonight (Thursday) I went ahead and emailed there help desk to see if I get a response. I did get an original email right away with a confirmation but that was it. I think I am going to try it and head down there about 1 hour early. I am only bringing my 5 year old since he should be okay standing in line. So, one original email here no 24-48 hour email.

At this time, the screening time and date you requested is full. You and your guests have been placed on the waiting list. As tickets are declined or canceled, or if more are released, we will contact you directly to make them available to you.
In the event that tickets do not become available in your nearby city, we do hope that you will check back to U See It First for more opportunities in the future!

Yeah- that would have been awful. I will remember to make note of this if I post one of these again. Hopefully you still have some Halloween candy to make it up to the kiddos 😛
Luckily I don’t think I have even mentioned it to my son. I was going to tell him after school today as a nap motivation. Oh well, I was looking forward to it, but not really the drive and the late night and the line waiting so I guess it will be okay 🙂

But I didn’t ever get the email 24-48 hours before. The show was tonight so I brought the first email with me. We got there about 20 minutes before the show and a man was saying that it was full to the people in front of us. When I showed it to the lady she said, “Oh yes, we have a reservation for four tickets.” The man walked us to our seats and there were signs on the reserved seats that said, “reserved for disney.com winner” Now, I do not know if this was really us?? I am normally the person that would go to the front desk and say, “Are you suuuurrreee this is us???” But I just looked at my husband and our two kids and decided to just go with it! Nobody ever came up to us and said we had to move?? I didn’t know if maybe that code I had to enter really made us disney.com winners? Anyway, the movie was great! And thanks again for all that you do.
