Its not on everything, I wanted to get a wedding present for a friend and the item I wanted to get was one of the Disney park exclusive items and I could not get free shipping for that item even after adding something not from the park it only discounted the shipping for the one item and I still had to pay shipping on the Disney park item that I really wanted.
